Wound care in the studio
Professional wound cleaning and wound care is essential for rapid healing without complications. Make sure that you only use medical products for cleaning and as a wound dressing. Do not use cling film or products that do not bear the CE medical mark.

After tattooing, the skin is damaged and prone to inflammation. In order to protect the tattooed areas, patches such as the TattooMed Tattoo Protection Patch or, for larger tattoos, the TattooMed Protection Film are used in most studios applied after each session. If you have particularly sensitive skin, you can use the sterile wound dressing - the TattooMed Absorbent Pad - as an alternative to the patch. Before application, the freshly inked tattoo should be cleaned with the non-alcoholic TattooMed Tattoo Finish cleaning foam. The protective film should not be removed on the first day, after which you can use the TattooMed Cleansing Gel to free the skin of blood and color residues and move on to the next care phase .
